(rereus) (c.1192)

[ FEW: ; Gdf: ; GdfC: ; TL: ; DEAF:  rer (rereus); DMF: ; TLF: ; OED: ; MED: ; DMLBS: ]

This word is a ghost-word, included in AND1 with the definition, ‘uncommon, unusual’ (thus relating it to the rele1 word-family). This interpretation is based upoin Hilka’s earlier edition of the text (Pr Jean) which reads the word pereus (‘rocky, stony’, cf. perrus) as rereus. Gosman’s newer edition provides the correct reading.
